When we think about swimming, we think about lazy summer afternoons dipping in the water. But that’s not how swimming exercise goes by. Frankly speaking, swimming is not for a lazy person. It is water aerobics and caters to a full-body workout.

Swimming involves the movement of every body part. Not only large movements, but you have to be certain about the small movement as well. This movement becomes a form of rigorous exercise due to water resistance. Swimming is good for health and building muscles, which would not be possible with conventional means.

5. Cycling

In the modern-day of technology, people hardly travel using bicycles. Cycling is not only for getting from one place to another; it is one of the best cardio exercises. It has been seen that people cycling are more resistant to heart diseases.

Cycling uses the explosiveness of your leg muscles and increases your heart rate. Also, reports show that it boosts mental health.
